Rant
I love how most of the important decisions in your life are made by your parents.
I have only realized this now and it infuriates me, when do parents actually know when it is right to do something so dramatically life changing without consulting you.
Hair cut, Schooling, fashion, country shifting, when did all of these have to be decided by them, what if the decisions they make are not what is best for anyone and that if they start to realize this suddenly your whole life gets flung out of control.
I never wanted most of anything you decided.
I understand, to you, I may be young but don’t turn around unexpectedly and suddenly demand for me to be a different person and to grow up and become an adult, okay I am, but don’t demand something and then treat me like a child when I make the effort to be responsible, or in any shape or form, adult like.
Any way of me showing that I am becoming independent you suddenly think I am breaking the rules and not respecting you. But in the end you don’t seem to realize that you make me loose that respect, and make me want to get away from you quicker.
